As a result of expansion and to support our status as a boutique private client tax adviser, we had intended to move from city centre serviced accommodation to our own premises. We did however have had some misgivings because one of our small team would become a part-time office manager!

Then we discovered Quantum House which has all the advantages of serviced office accommodation but our suite of offices feels and looks like our own leased offices. Coupled with flexible and friendly landlords, an office manageress/receptionist who quickly solves our broadband and telephone issues when they occasionally arise, and quiet like-minded co-tenants, Quantum House is to be recommended as a very worthwhile move upward.

In our case the annual cost of our tenancy plus on-site parking is little more than we paid previously.

We have recently signed up a lease which will take us up to 2018. We did this in the knowledge that our landlords would do their best to provide us with more rooms in the future as and when we expand still further

Quantum House was identified as an ideal building for our business being very well located within the traditional business quarter of Nottingham amongst other property professionals making it easy to interact within our market sector.  The suite we have taken enables colleagues to visit and will accommodate our immediate growth potential.  We have been made to feel very welcome since arriving at Quantum House by both the landlord and other occupiers and look forward to taking our success forward from this location.
